Preparation
- Clean and wash the titiris (Muandj’a Moto) and put them in a bowl
- Mix together the onions, garlic clove, seeded tomatoes, pepper and chilli.
- Pour the condiments in the bowl containing the titiris. Mix well. Add salt.
- Brown the njansan and the crushed pèbè in preheated Mayor oil, then pour the seasoned titiris and throw in the basil leaves.
- Cover and cook for 30 min over medium heat. The Muandj’a Moto is cooked, when a little oil appears on the edges of the casserole.
- Peel the plantains and cook them in salted water for 20 min
- Serve the Muandj’a Moto hot with bananas
