Sauteed potatoes and carrots

|| Recipe for 6 people, preparation 1 hour, cooking 30 min, marinade 30 min.


  • 1,2 kg sauteed meat
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • carrots
  • 8 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 small box of tomato puree
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 branches of thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 125 ml very hot water



Pour 2 tablespoons of flour into a clean plastic bag. Add the diced meat. Close and shake, your pieces will be very well floured.

In a pot, put the butter and the oil to heat. When it starts to crackle, add the floured pieces of meat and brown for ten minutes, mixing once or twice.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic cloves and onions and chop them. Peel the carrots and potatoes, wash them and cut them into coarse cubes. Wash and dry the thyme and bay leaf.

When the meat has browned well, add the pieces of carrots, potatoes, cubes of garlic and onion, thyme and bay leaf. Mix. Add the tomato puree and add the hot water. Salt, pepper and stir again
